Unfortunately the chap at the waste recycling center didn't appear to have my details on his paperwork even though I'd booked on-line and had a reference number. Luckily a quick phone call to Phoebe at the their office and it wall all resolved. Thank you for excellent customer service from Phoebe and her colleague who had helped earlier in the day. The disposal site is tidy and easy to use. Thank you.

First visit since the centre re-opened. Booked my slot online (08:30 to 09:45). Arrived about ten minutes before the centre opened thinking I'll get in quick, found i was about no 12 in the queue. The numbers in the centre are controlled so didn't actually get in until about 20 minutes after my slot started. Once in, things were operating pretty much as before. When I left at about 09:05 there were only 4 cars queueing. Moral of the story: get there a little earlier or about 30 minutes after your slot starts!
