I am exempt from wearing a mask, as I have a heart condition, Diabetic and COPD. I walk in to collect a parcel, the women behind the desk immediately starts screaming at me, like some little Hitler for not wearing a mask, she gave me no opportunity to explain why. I walk out. From now on I use Amazon, they know how to look after their customers and are easily contactable.

Was in van driver DIDNT knock on door put card through must have been really quiet as the Great Danes I have never heard the door go!! Now all you get is a bloody answer machine. This is disgusting service. If van drivers can’t be bothered to do a proper job then leave and let someone else have the work. Useless writing this review as nothing will get done. They have the monopoly on postal service.

Awful service told me she was a manager she was not refused to give me my post over and over then shouts threatened to push the red button because I woudnt move because I wanted my post. They refused to help me get my post. DO NOT USE THEM I've seen more orgisnation in nursery

I have had occasion to use this sorting office several times ( 4), over the last few weeks. Each time staff have been very friendly and helpful and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use again.
