Katie has a Doctorate in PT and it really showed when she examined me to determine exactly what is going on. Her assessment and PT recommendations were thoughtful and and after doing the exercises for one week I am much better. I highly suggest Body Concepts, as the other therapists are also highly trained .

Rob and his team are fantastic therapists and have your best interests in mind. It is an amazing mind/body approach with great explanation, proper progression, and results that matter. I herniated my L5/S1 in mid June, had an injection, and then started seeing Rob at the beginning of August. Barely 10 weeks later and I'm practically pain free, moving well, and getting back to the activities that I love in life...like playing with my kids and enjoying some great workouts. In about 60 minutes, Rob did a careful and thorough analysis and diagnosis, demonstrated a series of exercises, gave me an implementation plan and scheduled a follow-up visit. Super thorough and complete, all at a very reasonable cost.
