We’ve used Folsom Car Care for years! I’m a researcher for best prices, and quality work. Hands down Folsom Car Care has best prices, service, communication and quality in the area. We recently had our 14 year old Honda Odyssey in for some oil and fluid leaks. We were sent a link with a detailed description on finding of issues, which included photos. We were called within 1 hour by Amir, to discuss each line item and prices. When compared to Honda dealership and Shannon’s auto repair, they definitely had the best prices. And as I mentioned before have the continued quality and warranty that we’ve used over the years. Again communication, pricing, quality and warranty is why I use and highly recommend Folsom Car care! Oh and the thank you candy was a super sweet touch, and very appreciated

This business is incredible! We have taken all 3 of our cars there for all kinds of different repairs and maintenance. They are honest and their repair work is solid. Also, their prices are affordable. I would highly recommend.

I was floored with the level of customer service. We have a Subaru Outback with a new battery. Last night we needed to use the car, but the battery was dead. I scheduled an appointment with Folsom Car Care. I called to let them know I was going to make arrangements to get my car to their shop. Instead, they came to my house (I live about 3 miles away). They jump started my car, took it back to the shop and checked for issues. Thankfully, nothing is wrong with my car. They got the battery to work and said that a cabin light may have been left on (I have a five year old so...). They drove my car back to my house and did not charge me. I am grateful I live in Folsom and discovered this auto repair shop. I am impressed and will continue to use Folsom Car Care.
Took my car in for a drain and fill on my Lexus is300 and an oil leak inspection. These guys went above and beyond and ended up replacing my valve covers as well as the plugs and a coil that got oil all over them. Not only did this fix a problem I've been having with my car for some time, but my car now runs better than it has for years. I will definitely be coming back to this shop again should any other problems arise.
