Foreign Autohaus was a distant friendly competitor. Rafael and his team are always respectful and professional. Now that my business is sold I go to them for service.

The work is efficient. The prices are extremely fair. The staff is amazing. The organization/communication is incredible. But, the most important thing is that Johnny is the bomb! Nothing is more comforting than calling or walking in to any business and being given the personal touch. He remembers who we are and previous conversations. This is what comfort and confidence is all about.

Always a great experience bringing my car here, nice to feel confident you're leaving your car in capable and trustworthy hands. It's sometimes challenging to find a new shop you're comfortable taking your car to but I always heard good things about this place even when they were back in EDH. My father-in-law took his cars there and he was picky about who worked on his both of his cars. Enjoy speaking with Rafael and Johnnie, very easy to talk to as well as the mechanics there.

I came here for routine service and I appreciated the attention to detail, pictures that correlate with their recommendations and timeliness. However, this is the height of the pandemic and all of the employees were walking around without masks. It sends the message that they don't care if their customers or our family members get sick or die from an easily transmitted and lethal virus. A no contact option would be appreciated.
