I hired Jorge for the recent remodeling of a brownstone in West Village and the entire process was a pleasure! His team is professional, responsive, knowledgeable about requirements/codes, and they provided design options and drawings promptly. Jorge himself is very easy to talk to and he has a great eye for detail and design.

Amazing! Jorge was immensely helpful during our project of establishing a partition wall in my living room. These projects are always daunting because there are so many steps involved (DOB approval, condo approval, responding to comments by the DOB/condo, sketching plans for the projects, etc.). Jorge and his team was very responsive and fast and helped ensure the process was smooth and totally stress free. The end project is absolutely stunning and we couldn't be happier. SO WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Jorge and his whole team (even the intern was great).

Can’t believe the architect just hung up on me because I told him I don’t think the wall is a bearing wall! Ridiculous arrogance! I didn’t even mean to argue with him. I was just telling the facts of the property based on my knowledge. It’s ultimately going to be his judgment when he sees the property since that’s the purpose of the call. I was just so stunned by how I was treated on the phone. Within one minute of self introduction on the phone, he was so eager to cut me off, showing absolute power to be little me. STAY AWAY from this firm if you don’t want to be insulted by a stranger for absolutely no reason!!
