Tried pie guys for the first time last week and it was absolutely delicious. Not only was the own friendly and courteous she wrote a special comment on my pizza knowing I was nurse. Thanks Tina !

Decided to try pie guys pizzeria for the first time with my family last night. The pizza was perfectly cooked, the wings were sauced and cooked to perfection, and the service was immaculate. Never going back to mossimos it is overpriced and greasy. For a great meal go to pie guys and get yourself a pizza and some wings.

We recently moved to Welland and have been trying many of the pizza places, and Pie Guys is by far one of the best places out there! The pizza was so good! There was plenty of fresh toppings, and it had really good flavour. The chicken wings were delicious - we tried the honey/hot and the medium buffalo. Both had really good flavours and were good sizes and crispy. I highly recommend this place for people looking to have great tasting food. Its definitely worth the few extra pennies compared to the cheaper pizza places that have watery soggy pizza with no toppings and soggy wings. 5/5 stars

Ordered pizza and wings from here twice. First time just after they opened; crust was soggy, toppings sparse, and very greasey...Wings were sauceless. For the high price I was not impressed-knowing I could find better in the frozen section at food basics across the parking lot. I dismissed this as them just dialing in their method, because I heard such good reviews of another location. More recently I tried them again, and the only improvement was that the wings actually had sauce, and they were very good. Overall, I am disappointed. Sadly this pizza joint is not competitive with others in the area. I highly reccommend ownership changes their method and samples their product and others at regular intervals to ensure competitive quality. Those wings are fine though. Response to owner: Thank you kindly for the response, but I outlined in my review what it would take to make this right. I wrote this review as constructive criticism, not looking to get anything in return other than better quality pizza in the future. I might try pie guys again, if only for those delicious wings.

I do not usually like to write a bad review, but we are highly disappointed in this place. We ordered a pizza at 3:45 today for a 6pm pickup, and my husband had to wait outside for halve an hour tonight before it was ready. There were only 7 wings in the order, for 12.00. We were not given celery and blue cheese. The barbecue chicken pizza was missing the sauce on the crust!!! Someone had drizzled a bit of sauce on the top of the pizza. Did someone forget to put sauce on the pizza, or is that how you make it?? Also what was the purpose in us ordering two hours in advance, only to wait in the cold for 35 minutes? Good luck to you guys!

We ordered the same thing 2 nights in a row - pizza and wings. I asked for the same honey garlic sauce on the side to dip our mild wings in twice and did not receive it. Instead they gave us creamy garlic dipping sauce. Somehow this evening we paid more money than last night but also didn’t get the honey garlic sauce even though I told them about the error. The girl told me it’s because they didn’t charge us enough for delivery and that was the extra money. The first order was perfect tasting minus the honey garlic sauce. The second order was terrible pizza - the pizza was one big sloppy mess and when you picked it up out of the box the toppings slid off like it was undercooked and wet. Sadly the consistency was not there, which is honestly hard to find anywhere.
