It was my second time here after a couple of years. The service was good as well as the ambiance. My mother and I ordered pastas and they were delicious and cooked perfectly. My brother ordered the chicken, the only thing about the dish was that there was an incredible wine taste to the risotto. They accidentally served us be wrong soup but quickly gave us what we ordered. Otherwise would come again!

The food is constantly fresh and delicious, workers provides great customer service. I really like how clean it is and atmosphere. I highly recommend this spot.
We had a delicious meal. Our waitress was very friendly but not overbearing. Classic steakhouse decor, comfortable but upscale. Would recommend this place to friends.
I sat at the bar and had a nice drink. Chatted with Ray and felt very welcome. So glad I went. Cindy is great. Did not feel alone but felt welcomed. Will be going back again and again. If you are alone and want to go out for a bit don't hesitate to go to the Urban, sit at the bar and have a nice hour or so.
Having previously been to the Urban Steakhouse & Lounge, the first time wasn't the best, to say the least. Recently, me and my girlfriend decided to return and try our luck again, and the food/service was fantastic. Going through culinary school myself, I know what I'm looking for in a place like this, and it certainly delivered the 2nd time around. I actually requested to personally thank the chef, and if I'm not mistaken his name was Todd. Great talent, good food and the quality was much better from our first visit in the previous year or two.
I ordered the strip loin and the steak was very thin and tough and the baked potato was is greyish in colour, slightly hard and nothing was very hot. My friend and I came in without a reservation and I felt rushed. It was Saturday at 5:30 and I appreciate that they gave us a table but had I known I would’ve been rushed I wouldn’t of stayed. I don’t know if I go back again. My Husband and I used to go there quite often but I hadn’t been in a while
Absolutely fabulous - every time! Amazing food and service.
Food was okay. Maybe someone can recommend some good menu items for me to try next time but overall was okay.
