Ordered our take away 7pm they said it would be ready in an hour Phoned again they said another half an hour. Another hour went by.still no food. I cancelled. Wont be using them again..horrendous service!!

3/10/20 ordered our usual but this time added sweet and sour chicken balls, I really wish I could put a picture on here to show you, but the chicken balls were raw inside. They were bright pink!!

Service was diabolical I phoned my order through and the staff were arguing with each other while taking my order using the f-word. My husband fetched our order when he got back one meal was missing I went straight back while everyone was eating there’s, to be told she had not taken for it but if I wanted to pay they could cook it for me now. No apology no compensation so I declined and left telling them I would not use their Chinese again and was left with boiled rice . Never again

Discussing food. Rice was cold chicken balls over cooked you could not bite in to them. Chips hard and dry and prawn crackers stale. Will never use again.
