This surgery is in very bad hands as we can't get an appointment for next 2 month's! Useless. Very short time to book appointment and if manage to get through get told no more for that day as fully booked. I am definitely changing my GP.
Calling them for an elderly family member with a terminal illness, after they gave the ambulance service the wrong address , (several.hours later she was in A&E with suspected DVT.) I called the surgery & was left on hold for over an hour, not good.
