I have had my Ford Fusion since 2017. Each time I visit Montebello Ford, I am greeted with a smile. The service advisors are kind and courteous, all the while being professional. While waiting for my vehicle, throughout the facility, there are greetings from all personnel I come into contact with. Ford of Montebello has adapted to the pandemic and have the facility safe, for visitors. It has always been a clean place before and now. Thank You to all the staff at Ford of Montebello. Out of all the ford dealerships, to this one i came on my own, I just chose the best location, the other locations like to have an antagonist way of treating you, and thats another story. But my experience with Ford of Montebello was tiresome and unnecessary. I have fairly good credit, but it was not good enough so they asked me to put a cosigner, and I thought of someone, and it turns out that my cosigner had way better credit score than I did which would have set me up with a way better deal than the one I received, and btw I ended up not using the cosigner, but at that time, I was never told the cosigners credit score, and ended up doing the deal on my own emphasis on them not telling me the cogsingers credit score.. These types of moves makes me want to pay off the car I got as quickly as possible, and for good reason. So I got the vehicle I was there for, and I left my down money, and I received two contracts, one that stated I only left 1000 and the other when I gave the rest of the down money. So I was happy, and I got everything in order, got the insurance, and everything...and then I get like 10 letters in the mail from diffrent banks stating their refusal to take the loan for the car I got. But they also ran the cogsiners credit that was not included in the contract, they ran it like he was on the contract, thats very unbecoming and now we will see if those inquiries will affect the cosigner that was never added to the deal. So far, I havnt received a responce, and the good service has become the worst service, after purchasing, their energy changes, atleast it changed with me who knows what will be your outcome. I gave 2 stars for the good customer service I received From Javier, but the rest of empty stars are for the unethical practices they performed.

I give this dealer five stars the costumer service was awesome. I had a great experience purchasing my new Ford Explorer ever one was very helpful especially Alan Perez he was my sales rep. awesome guy treats you like family great service. If anyone needs a car Alan is the guy to see. 100% recommend him!!

I had such a great experience buying my new Ford Escape Hybrid. The car buying process can often be intimidating, but everybody at Ford of Montebello made the process so smooth and transparent. Through Costco Auto I was connected with Alex and Oscar who were able to show me exactly what I was looking for. Sam and George from finance were so friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Ford of Montebello to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Great service. Took my work van for a recall here. They took care of it. They’ll give you a ride home if you want. They called me to let me know the progress on it and even a few days after a lady Claudia called to check if everything was ok with the work done.
