I traveled 6hrs, one way, to purchase my currency and Bruce (the manager) made it worth the long drive. He even recommends where to get great barbecue, for dinner, before traveling back. Fantastic person and great service

The staff is very helpful and they even gave us tip to travel. They only charge 5usd as service fees . They were very transparent with us about the transfer.

Only five dollar service fee is true, stay AWAY from that place in the airports! They are crooks! This place is very good, i get my Euro here everytime i go to Germany. I get some Euro in case your card freezes etc. It's nice to have cash in hand ahead and avoid ATM charges..

I've used this place twice so far once when I went to Germany and now when I'm going to Japan. The guy who runs the place is really nice and provides a lot of useful information for traveling. The parking on Merrill street where this place is located is rough it seems like there is always construction going on but, there is a parking structure 30 seconds away with free 2 hour parking. For rates, I always recommend shopping around it seemed like this place had better rates when I went to Germany but, when I converted to Japanese Yen I didn't feel like the rates were that great. Either way great place!
