Jon was very obliging and managed to fit us in at very short notice in the run up to Christmas. The survey report he produced was written in clear English that made it easy for any layman to read. It was detailed and informative and empowered us to confidently return to the vendors and renegotiate the asking price. However, he not only produced an excellent survey report, he also gave us a generous amount of his time and clearly explained to us everything in his report. We even contacted him a couple of times afterwards with further questions and he responded swiftly and patiently. Hope that we personally will not be buying another house for a long time, but would certainly highly recommend Jon Graham. It's not always the case when buying a house that you're able to describe the services that accompany that purchase as worth every penny. This truly was!
