This is our first year of dance! We didn't know what to expect. We were greeted immediately at the door. She engaged great with my daughter and got her shoes fitted immediately. She had a list of the schools' attires which made everything that much more efficient! Best first experience ever!

I bought a very cute ballet skirt for my daughter and I had questions about ballet shoes. The lady was very helpful with answering my questions. However, Me and my two younger children had waited patiently for the lady to finish with the customers ahead of us. They had lots of questions and tried on shoes and she was very helpful with them. I did not mind the wait. She was very helpful with them as she should be with every customer. As I said, once she got to me, she was also very helpful but when she finished answering my questions, instead of ringing me up, she moved on to the next customer. I went back and politely explained that I wanted to purchase something (just in case she hadn't heard me the first time). We still had to wait for her to take care of the gentlemen who had came in after us. By this point my 3 yr old and 1 yr old were ready to go. I will go back. Seemed like a nice store, helpful employee, I just did not care to be passed over.

Needed a pair of tights in an emergency situation. I called ahead since the store is about 45 minutes from me. I was met with professionalism, courtesy, wonderful conversation and a very positive experience. I believe the woman's name is Joan .. what a great visit it turned out to be!

Staff is very helpful. My daughter dances point and needs new shoes about every 3 months. She usually needs a fitting and the staff does a great job with her.
