I had contacted this company to make a little boys dream come true and they could not even pull that off. Spoke with someone in the company via email and was told the wife marked down the wrong day but not sure how that is when they could go back and see it in the email. But then when I called the day of the event after I realized that they were not coming I'd call and call and call with no answer finally got in touch with someone on Facebook messenger. And they never called, we continued to speak via messenger. Very unprofessional. The greatest thing they could have done is referred me to a different company, whom I will continue to use. Hillcity will not get any business from me or my family from now on.

Great people providing fun and a break from this heat! They came and set up and broke everything down! Easy and everyone had a blast!

Is a great place for the children. Is kind of dangerous though, and not a comfortable place for the adults to sit and socialize. Could be rearranged a little different to accommodate both children and adults. Also the children need to be told better how to safely play on bouncy houses. I saw at least five children get hurt in the hour I was there. If they made it a little bigger with more play area maybe the children wouldn't be so crowded.

It's an okay place but looks a little sketchy. Nice place for birthdays but seems a little run down. The snack bar isn't ever open and the staff is just there. Not very helpful.

The kids had a blast. The staff was great. Only complaint would be the noise from the blowers but that really can't be helped.
