My husband honestly would have done a better job at representing himself. The lawyers for Rochdale Village , Inc ran circles around this guy, cut him to ribbons he was totally out of his depth with so little knowledge concerning Mitchell -Lama rules/laws. It was so bad that he even had the judge threatening criminal charges against my husband before court was even in session. My husband would have gotten more results had to took the 1500 retainer and threw out of his car window on Queens blvd After that fiasco and seeing what it cost my husband in stress, grief, money and time. I would not have this guy represent me in traffic court. PERIOD.

Law Office of Raymond Cash represented me in a civil litigation case. I couldn't have asked for a better law firm. They were courteous, kind, professional and the prices were just fine. I was in need of an eviction for my tenant so I googled landlord tenant lawyer in forest hills and came across the lawyer Raymond Cash. I've never imagined that an eviction can be so easy!!! The best part was that I did not have to go to his office or appear in court though I was notified that if a trial took place, I will have to appear. I didn't even have to go to the office but I was just overwhelmed with joy that I had to thank him personally! I'm not sure what kind of experience Rinku went through but my experience went pretty smooth. All I did was give Raymond some information of my house and he dealt with everything and kept me updated daily. Only problem one may think of is the fees. I'm sure there are fees lower than what Raymond Cash charges but in my opinion, I would go for - quality \u003e quantity -. I was losing more rent than I can think of so i figured why not give Raymond another chance?
