Decent place to live in Forest for a good price. Nice appliances and fairly quiet other than the occasional radio or vehicle revving up.

Been like this for days...pay alot of rent just to walk out to this, no maintenance man to fix our bath tub so its a good thing we have two. Not a happy camper, cant wait for another place to live. Used to like it here, till I guess there are new people in the office. Not very pleasant...But atleast the apartments are beautiful.

This place is a great place to live! My husband and I lived there from 2017 to 2020 and we loved it. The staff in the office was pleasant and helpful. The area around the apartment complex is peaceful and quiet. Definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely love this place! Great price and great apartment! You can have large pets which is hard to find these days and is in a great area! Glen, the maintenance man and Kim the property manager are both incredible! So sad to have to move!

I love living at Jefferson Forest Manor. The apartment quality is amazing for the price, and the location is wonderful and safe. It is located in a new development with beautiful houses and townhouses. The staff is great and always professional. The walls are not too bad, I only hear my neighbors once or twice a week. The only down side is that it is right next to a high school football field and every once and a while when there is a game you can hear the speaker system loud and clear. But for the price and quality, it is definitely worth it!
