There's a great team of agents here. Mitch Copenhaver is top notch. He's knowledgeable and caring. He's considerate of your needs both in selling your home and buying a new one. Ask for Mitch - he's great to work with.
This was the listing agent for a home we purchased, with seller paying 1k to us at closing for repairs, their check at closing bounced a week later.. Stephanie feese provided minimal effort to help us get the 1k and our returned check fee back in our account, we were negative over 700 dollars for a week, with a newborn and my fiancé on maternity leave with no money for food or gas. We called her to talk more about it and tell her we are filing a police report for a fraudulent check, she claimed “whatever, it doesn’t matter at this point anyway” then hung up, so by all means avoid Stephanie Feese!
Unfortunately the PT agent in our experience is rude and careless.
