When I arrived at Nissan, Alex immediately met me at my car and handled everything very quickly. He made us it feel like Nissan really appreciated our business, he was very fast, and polite. Pam talked to me about what was getting done to my Rogue, and was exactly what I had looked at online, she was great, was very prompt on letting me know when the car was ready. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond, we have been to multiple dealerships in the past and Lynchburg Nissan surpasses all of them, just outstanding customer service.

Let me start off by say Lynchburg Nissan has taken good care of my friends and family for about 20 years and now they have messed up twice with me. Very dissatisfied. 1.) I had a appointment to look at a frontier and the vehicle was sold before I got there. Not even a call or text letting me know. I had to show up and find out it was sold. However I thought it was going to be okay since they had a Titan I liked 2.) The Titan was at the body shop getting a new tailgate so I waited about a week and I was told I could look at it and take a test drive as soon as it was done. I stayed in contact with the dealer the through the time. SOLD before it even got out of the shop. I would no longer recommend this dealer.
