If I could leave no stars I would. Customer NO SERVICE along with horrible tasting food. I will not be patronizing this establishment again. I’ve also told family & friends, they will not be patronizing either!

Got me again, Forest Park. Order 3 brownies, 1 each for my grands, only received 2. SMH.. but everything was good. Just mess up every now and then.
If there's a line at this location, do not go. We got in line with plenty of time for breakfast, but service was so slow (with none of the expiditers other locations use), and they had us trapped so nearly an hour later (and just a few minutes after the breakfast cutoff) we were told that they weren't serving breakfast anymore. Like several others we left without ordering since they could have looked at how long the line was, they should have kept serving.
On 1/2/21 I called in and spoke to a very kind gentleman that emphasized the fact that you had to be in-line by 10:30am in order to receive breakfast. I expressed my concerns regarding actually getting there on-time and although I had made it by 10:30, the line was completely wrapped around the building. I called back while being in the line past 10:30 of course and the gentleman (possible manager) was able to pin-point me out of the group of cars and allowed for me to place my order for (8) Meal- Chicken eggs & cheese on bagels w/OJs.... the time was 10:40am when my order was actually placed. Just the sheer effort of going out of your way for a customer speaks volumes on how this company treats in customers — this store should be a training a store for many other fast-food organizations out there. The level of customer service was beyond was anticipated and will forever go out my way to give this particular store my business. Thank you to the Gentleman and people who made an exception and made me a very happy camper that day!
This is the second time that I have been to this Chick-fil-A and the service has been bad. I have gone to the curbside because I did not want to go to the long drive through line I did everything that the instructions tell you to do on the mobile app but, it took them too long to bring my food I know if they are getting the food together for the drive-through, they have my food ready to bring to the curbside. It has been a disaster the last couple of times that I’ve gone to Chick-fil-A. I hope that they actually read these reviews and these yelp reviews to understand that they need to do better customer service at the end of their curbside pick up .
