1/27/21–David still allows me to have no heat and temps are going back down this weekend. How do these guys sleep at night. You know God doesn’t like ugly. I have been in customer service for 20 yrs and never been treated so poorly in my life. The manager David has allowed a customer to suffer because of pride and plain uncaring. If his family were in my shoes he would be going out of his way to get them working heat. I am in cable TV and do all I can to help every customer like they are my family, I call managers, field supervisors, whatever it takes. This is an awful company.

Went to this place and watched a scene unfold on the show room floor. I watched the manager attack vocally a service company and tell him he wasn't licensed to work in the state of GA. When the proof was provided to him. Customer service is AWEFUL!!! No sympathy or empathy from any of the reps. Customer service is highly important to me and for me to see this was very disturbing. Management caused a scene on the showroom floor in front of multiple people. Just sad that they could care less that someone could have died and was without heat for a week and is still without heat. They are very unprofessional and the way the manager acted was very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Had to pick up a truckload from this location to take it to another one of their locations and they had me sitting for 3hrs before they even started loading me with the load being ready. I was here for a total of 4hrs. I thought this place was more organized than that. I won't be getting another load from this place.

Poor customer service from this place. needed a part and was told one thing went to pick up the part and when I arrived to pick up the part it wasn't there. The part was under warranty and needed to be replaced. Just sad that you cant get better customer service and for a manager to cause a scene on the show room floor was just awful. Shows what type of people you have representing your company.

Sad that a customer of theres sits cold. Do to the incompetent stuff at this place. The manager has no license nor a epa card. Yet tells his customers where the unit was purchased to bad. What a duff
