Both my boyfriend and I are huge archery hunters and always looking to try out the newest products. I bought both the Spitfire Double Cross and Spitfire XXX mechanical blades. I shoot an Elite Impression set at 45 pounds and my boyfriend shoots an Elite Synergy set at 70 pounds. I tried both products first and had absolutely no luck with the blades expanding to get the 2" to 3" cut like the package said. So my boyfriend tried both broad heads himself. They did NOT expand for him either. The targets we use are Rineheart broad head targets. We shot first at 20 yards, then 30 yards then finally at 40 yards with absolutely no luck whatsoever. We will be returning these and we will no longer recommend NAP Spitfire Double Cross or XXX broad heads.

To Mitchell Grant: You purchased the wrong arrow rest from someone else but called and asked NAP to exchange it instead of from where you originally bought it from. In the spirit of trying to help you, NAP agreed. NAP did mistakenly send the first replacement to a different address because of a bad postal code, which NAP quickly corrected. Duty fees are duty fees when shipping across borders and that was clearly stated to you. You failed to mention that NAP reimbursed you for HALF of the 38 dollar fee (Not 45).

I BOUGHT A MAANTIS 2 BLIND FROM CABELAS AND THERE WAS A YELLOW BUNGEE MISSING I WROTE NAP NEW ARCHERY PRODUCTS TWICE NOW AND NO RESPONSE. NICE BLIND BUT DON'T EXPECT SERVICE BECAUSE THERE IS NONE

Awful CS. I bought an apache and was going to send it back from europe if they sent me a replacement rest. They sent the first rest to Argentina and not spain, causing me to wait a few weeks. Then they declared the maximum amount of value for the replacement, so I was slapped with a 45 import tax, even though NAP said they would write it as a no value warranty item. They wont even refund me for the import tax. Back to QAD I guess, because they seem to care
