If it’s your first visit loading stop in road (turn lane) call security number is posted on gate. You will pull in park out of the way they can direct you, wait for them to come to you. Gates open at 0700 parking available only after loading due to nature of product. Be sure to follow ALL directions given to you. I have been coming here for years the only advice I have is when exiting proper gate stay as far right as you can.

Arrived at 09:30 for a scheduled 10:00 pick up. It is now 20:00 and I was just put in a door. This is typical for this place.

Can go in early stop in middle road call security and they will.let you in check in between door 13 and 14
All shippers should take a lesson on how to efficiently load trucks from this outfit. I'm usually in and out within an hour and that includes talking to shipping clerk in office. Downside is the babysitter security team while you're in transit with load. They are worse than dispatchers. But I reckon it's due to the commodity being hauled.
