Contacted in January to book my dog to stay with Forest Paws in June, was told we would need a couple of days to stay there previously to settle him in. ONE WEEK before we were due to leave for our holiday she tells me she can no longer look after my dog because he cried through the night. No apology or remorse whatsoever. If you don't like dogs crying because they're away from home you shouldn't be in the business. I had to pay 20 for the privilege of being turned away at the 11th hour and she didn't even thank me for that, am now left desperately trying to find a kennel at peak season and if I can't I've lost hundreds on a holiday I won't be able to go on. She even admitted in hindsight she should have dealt with things sooner to avoid letting me down. Shouldn't be in business, rude and unprofessional. Avoid.
