The Gables at Jefferson Commons is a great place to live. We have been here for 3 years and it is great. There is a playground and gym as well as a splash pad and pool that are open during the summer. The staff here is great and respond quickly to any questions or request. Great place to live.

We have lived here for only a couple of months but so far have appreciated the clean and well-kept grounds, amenities such as the gym and playground, and the quick response by maintenance when we have had questions or concerns. We always get a parking spot near our staircase, the external lighting is helpful and provides a sense of security, and it has been quiet and friendly. Glad to live here until we find our next home for purchase!
I what can I say I love these apartments!!! From the first day I walked into the office the staff was very nice and helpful. The property is beautiful and the staff is great . Very quiet and comforting apartment complex suitable for all and I would recommend anyone to make this place their home!!!! the location is very convenient too.
I’ve lived here since March 2018, I love my home, neighbors & property staff, the manage team have been so supportive during my hip replacement surgery.
So I loved living here up until today. I sold my house two years ago, not really sure if I would like apartment living after owning a house for ten years but I soon realized I made a good decision. The pool is great, the playground is for the kids, gym is adequate and the location couldn't be better. The apartment complex is quiet and perfect for really any age and family size, but something is going on with the ownership and management. Not knowing all of the back story, two of the apartment managers recently resigned. Both were great to work with and I never had an issue they didn't resolve immediately. On top of everything else positive here, they made me feel so comfortable and wanted here that I hadn't thought about going anywhere else. But that's now changed because if they were treated unfairly in anyway, then I don't want to give anymore of my time or money here. A lot of residents are not going to be happy with the announcement today and I'm sure that this may not be the last negative review that pops up. If they treated these two like that, I can guarantee that they don't care about or appreciate the residents either. I would suggest being cautious about renting here going forward.
The worst renting experience of my life. The staff at the Gables were extremely unhelpful, not to mention unreasonable. They consistently changed responses and lied when we attempted to renew our lease. Don't expect an answer when you call, and if they do pick up they will tell you "I don't know", their favorite phrase. Please be aware that any visit to the office will often result in you standing around for upwards of 25 minutes for anyone to come out and talk to you. When they do come out, they will most likely be of no help. The staff at the Gables falsified my credit information, claiming there were delinquencies when there were not. They probably were so hard to get in touch with because they were too busy tampering with my credit information. With two days notice, we were expected to vacate the premises. So if you have ever wanted to experience homelessness, maybe this place IS for you. Turns out, my anxiety could get worse! All in all, a real shady place. Please view this one star rating as a -1.
I love the amenities. Moved in when covid just started, staff is super nice and it's in a good neighborhood.
