We have loved living at the Gables! Our kids have loved all of the amenities - the playground, the splash pad, and the pool! Any maintenance requests that we have had have always been handled promptly. We have also really enjoyed the community events organized by the management team. The property is well-maintained, and I would highly recommend it to other families with young kids.

I've lived here for four years every other week back and forth from my home in Florida. For Lynchburg this is one of the best luxury layouts away from downtown but more square footage for a 3 bedroom than anywhere in Lynchburg. For the most part this is a quiet friendly complex with a neighborly feel. I would guess half are students. Top floors have higher ceilings. I prefered a water view away from the center play yard. The best part of this complex is the location minutes from Downtown, Boonsboro, Liberty or Jefferson Forest and practically across the street from Wyndhurst. I've never have heard the train. The repair staff are quick and snow removal and maintenance is excellent. The Payment gateways are easy to use. The community parties are ok but wish there were monthly socials. I rented the theatre once for my daughters bday and she loved it. The front office staff changes frequently so it's hard to keep up. The pool rules are little uptight, no music or drinks. It would be great if there were Friday night pool parties. Noise insulation varies by building. There is no storage areas or covered parking. No garbage disposals. Overall this is a great place to live and high value for the price.

Appears to be quiet. Buildings are beautiful. Each room has a ceiling fan. The fireplace makes you feel at home. The kitchen size is nice. The amenities that are offered; theater, pool, splash park, gym, etc. Everyone in the office is so kind and welcoming. Even the mailboxes are impressive! There are sidewalks that allow you to go for walks around the property if you choose. The internet cafe’ is amazing and sometimes the staff will make treats and set them out on Saturday mornings for the residents. I love the big floor to ceiling windows. Jamie and Mecha are fabulous. Everything I’ve listed makes me want to live here even more!

I absolutely LOVE this apartment complex! I had to move out because of med school, and I'm so disappointed because I can't find as pretty a complex or more friendly front office staff. I'll miss you guys, thanks for a great experience! Nice and quiet, helpful, and maintenance is always out super quick (even same day sometimes). Would definitely recommend.

I can't offer too much except to say that my son, whom is a college student at LU and living here for the first time during this semester, is enjoying it. He is on the 3rd floor(top) with 2 roommates. His room is the smallest of three which I think is approximately 12x12. It is a nice apt. with 2 baths, a balcony, dining area near the front door and next to the kitchen with bar. The living room is a good size with a fireplace. Decent amount of parking, grassy areas, and a playground. It's approximately 15 minutes from LU, and in a pretty area that does not appear to be over developed yet. I am not sure of the total cost for rent.

The apartments are beautiful and high end without the high end price tag. The leasing office is so kind and always gets maintenance out for us when we need them no matter how big or small our issue is. We have enjoyed our time at spring creek and will stay here as long as they'll have us!!!

Beautiful apartments. You can’t ask for better value in this area. Staff is friendly and helpful and everything is well maintained. Noise is no better or worse than any other apartment I’ve ever lived in, if you expect complete silence I would suggest renting a house. I only wish they had a dog park I think it would be a great addition.
