I had a claim against one of their insured and cannot get them to even speak to me! Many voice mails to claims adjuster and then supervisor with NO response!!!!!!

Horrible!!! I had two vehicles on my policy and one was a savage salvage vehicle. I was told after I had the policy for a couple of months that because I had a salvage vehicle that it would have to come off the policy. Well on the date that I was told my policy was completely canceled. A agent said that she apologized n that I was given the wrong information, the entire policy was supposed to be canceled n there was nothing that they could do........

My experience was great and I greatly appreciate my agent Canady Benjamin for taking the time to explain and break down every single coverage I have with my plan.
