Doctor Jeff is so attentive and absolutely loves animals. My dog Scarlett has had continual issues with her skin and he always explains clearly the course of treatment and follows up to make sure she is improving. He treats her with care and true compassion. I would highly recommend them to care for your animal.

I cannot say enough about this place. All of the Doctors and Vet techs here are so caring and accommodating when it comes to both my cat and dog. I recently had my cat in for almost a week and they let me visit him everyday. The hours are great and I don't mind driving from Cranston to North Smithfield for the amazing treatment they provide. I highly recommend this hospital and wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.

They are very compassionate and helpful while working with our senior dog. Who has been very challenging with her diabetes. The only thing I’m looking forward to changing is having to wait outside instead of being in the room with your animal. Sometimes you think of something that you forgot and you have to call up from parking lot, the phone is busy.

When my dog had a mysterious lump I was given an appointment that week. Staff were sincere, professional, nurturing and helpful. My dogs needs were met and it turned out to be just a fatty tumor. Thank God.

My dog has been coming here for years, the service is nothing but the best. Everyone from the techs to the front staff to the doctors are exceptional. The veterinarian calls you back the next day to see how your animal is doing. They always email you about appointments, medications, and vaccines. Nothing but exceptional service in Northern RI.
