AC went out of course during the hottest week of the year! Very quick service, Chris came out the same afternoon to troubleshoot after determining the issue had a new unit installed the next morning. Crew was very professional and actually resolved cooling issues I had with the upper level of my house. If your reading this look no further, these guys won't disappoint!
If i could give zero stars i would. This company does not stand behind their work, horrible customer service. Installed a faulty unit and have been out to service too many times to keep track of. Then threaten to put a lein on my home for not paying a service bill when nothing was ever fixed properly
Warning Warning. Use CB Heating at your own peril. Chris left my home with holes in the walls that did not need to be there. Had to hire Superior Heating to fix multiple problems created by incorrect installation. Superior Heating discovered the the largest A/C head unit was installed in the wrong room... Had to sue CB Heating (before discovering the wrong head unit was installed in bedroom not living room where it was supposed to be} and won claim of 2,100.00 , they haven't paid and now I must jump through additional hoops to get my money. Also, have to sue for 1,300.00 more to swap the head units and place in correct rooms. Chris is all about the and good luck after you pay him.
The only thing good about this guy is he put it in the same day I called for a repair on my old one back in Aug. I had a three month old baby and needed there rooms cooled. When he was finished I spent about an 1 1/2 sealing up the unit. There were so many air leaks. he did a horrible job conecting the new system into old duct work. Now that the furnace is not working I cant get him to call me back I keep getting a message. I would noT recommend Chris. I finally got ahold of Chris and his company. they emailed me stating that they were out of town and would not be able to make the repair. they went on to say go ahead and hire a company and we will reimburse you. I have given them the information they have requested and I still have not reimbursed me. I hate companies that don't stand up to their word. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
