They approved a pool next door and it was a big mess. Council had to issue orders to have the work fixed up where the CDC was wrongfully issued. Would not recommend as the Certifier was not good at responding to requests for information. Further to the first council order: The pool owner is now the subject of a second order to rectify work as a result of the original CDC non compliance order not being correctly addressed. The owner is now subjected to costly building works so that the original pool construction complies with the DA for the property and The Local Government Act. The certifier seems to have no idea about compliance with Local Government Regulations or DA compliance. Be careful before engaging this Certifier. In response: The orders are a matter of Ku-ring-gai Council record that can be requested under GIPA. The correction work is still being undertaken as of current date to correct the removal of an AGOSD system and the unlawful redirecting of storm water into adjoining property.

I have been dealing with Craig and his lovely team in the build of our family home, they answer emails promptly and have always been very constructive in their approach to inspections and making sure that we manage to get it right the first time. I’m a builder and have been using Form since 2015. Obviously I have used many certifiers in the past. The client often chooses their own. From now on I insist that my clients use Craig and his team. Their approach to our workflow on a building site is excellent. Delayed inspections can really hold up work progress. Craig and his team at Form endeavour to be onsite same or next day to inspect when needed so we can keep on track. Their knowledge is second to none and they are always happy answer any technical questions with promptness. The office staff are also kind and efficious. Thanks Craig and team for the support and professionalism. Looking forward to our next project together!
