HORRIBLE & NASTY! I first called to verify my reservation because I was going to be late checking in; I was left on hold for over 7mins. Upon arrival, I was given room 107; the toilet had brown residue from an evident overflow. I was then given room 103, the key didn't work; 2nd try key worked; toilet had hair and dried urine on it and the floor. Next room was 116; there was still something on the toilet but I used my own cleaning supplies to CLEAN every surface that I had to touch. There were hand prints on the surfaces, the lamp bases were rusty, the shower had white residue, there was powder on the carpet and the comforter; this means they did not vacuum the room and they don't wash/change comforters as needed. The cleaning staff need to be fired.

The room I reserved (2 queens, non smoking) was given away. I was placed in a room with 1 bed and smelled of cigarette smoke. The deadbolt was ripped off and the door wouldn’t lock. Stains on the bed... as if it was just used... bugs flying around, ripped carpet, pubes in the sink. The phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. Called multiple times from my cell. No answer. Went up front, no one to be found. Was there for a whooping 20 mins. Took my family and went to the Comfort Suites down the road. Notified Hopper, the service I used to book, they tried their best to get me my refund but no luck? Terrible. Don’t stay at this Econo Lodge with your family. Pay more and be safe. Comfort Suites is great. I’m currently laying in a bed with no smell of smoke and the sheets were clean! No pubes in the sink either lol. I would rate this a 0 star but that wasn’t an option. Be safe!
Wonderful stay! Staff was extremely nice and helpful! Rooms are modern and very clean! I will stay here again! And would recommend others for a good price and clean space!

The beds are hard as a rock, the walls are thin so u can hear every word your neighbors says, there was absolutely NO hot water, a sad excuse for a coffee maker,and the fridge didn't even work. For the price I wasnt expecting a 5 star but at least a half comfortable bed and hot water. The ONLY good thing I can say is that the exterior looks clean and the room itself was semi clean. I am so disappointed with my stay and I will not be back here again.
You could hear the conversations from other rooms and parking lot throughout the night! Too noisy and wasn’t able to sleep at all. And no breakfast because of pandemic?! Complementary breakfast is listed on their accommodations and they could’ve provided single served breakfast for guests! I was going to take my dog with me and when I called to make sure it’s ok, they no told me it’s free of charge. We get there and they said there’s a 10 pet fee, ok! Next day we check out and see 2x10 and one 20 charge on credit card. Called them and they said it’s for “pet fee” and they said they’re going to refund the extra 30, and hung up. Next day and the incremental charges are still there, called them and they said they’ll refund it, and hung up again!! Had to call credit card company to dispute the charges. One of those shady businesses! Watch out for multiple small charges on your credit card!
You hear everything from the rooms next door. The connecting doors let conversations be heard. Directv had plenty of channels, which I liked.
I'm a traveling healthcare worker. Rooms were always clean. Owners very friendly and accommodating with my hospital hours.
