Shara is one of the most attentive members on the ForSight team. My mom recommended ForSight to me and we both went to fill our prescriptions with Shara helping us every step of the way. We received quality, affordable glasses within our insurance allowances that fit our style and personality. Shara explained everything to us and made sure we were happy with our selection. Customer Service is lacking in every way. I went to Doctor Morrow for an eye exam and then the next day I had an infection on my eye. When I called the office to get it looked at , the first question they had was what was my medical insurance information. While it could have been that I got an infection and it was a coincidence that it happened the very next day after my office visit, at the very least they could have taken a look and then asked for my medical insurance. At any rate they got my medical information and the doctor told me very curtly it was not there problem, but she would be happy to treat me (now that she had someone to bill). So a 50 copay later and 45 worth of prescriptions I was good to go. Well...no not really! Yesterday I called to get my eye prescription and I was told they were unable to release this information to me since I had an out standing bill. Apparently my insurance company thought they charges were too high and paid all but 20 of the service. Do you think Forsight should have seen me at least before taking no responsibility of the infection? I think so. Did Forsight send me a bill ? No they did not. Do you think Forsight could have more graciously ask for the additional payment instead of the held hostage prescription? I think so!

Wonderful atmosphere, amazing service. I will refer everyone I know here, even my mom. So, so happy they are here in downtown Savannah. Such a thorough exam in such a beautiful space - it is the best of both worlds!

Dr. Morrow and the For Sight staff offers amazing customer service. Prior to your appointment you are reminded and are able to complete paperwork via the patient portal. You are able to text the office as well. We texted our insurance cards. The process is explained and Dr. Morrow makes sure you understand the information she is providing about your vision. Dr. Morrow shows visuals explaining what she is talking about. Both of my children said she was really nice and easy to talk to. I noticed during the visit she was very complimentary to both of them, it made them feel great. She also gave me a recommendation to review a blog on her website giving tips to parents because of so much computer time due to virtual learning. She discloses cost before certain testing is completed. For Sight offers early morning appointments and the appointment visits are appropriately timed and you are not sitting for hours. We had two appointments one at 7:30a and 8:15a; the 8:15 was taken earlier. From check in to check out for both appointments was 1hr 15min. We will definitely continue optical services with For Sight.

Dr Morrow got me in right away for my irritated eye and was so helpful and informative. Her office was very impressive. The staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
