I worked at this buisness for 5 months and found the experience to be nothing short of unbearable. Was subjected to bullying from staff, along with being isolated and treated unfairly, while suffering from a severe anxiety condition coupled with panic attacks. A prime example of what I was subjected to, was overhearing a co-worker "Kathy Lavin" advise "The Oscar Goes to" in reference to my upset state when getting a call whilst at work to advise of a friend passing away. I was happy that one of their employees applied for a job with a buisness I was recruiting for a few years later. I made sure that they were NOT accepted due to their poor work ethic. That's right Lawrence, I'm talking about you! Finally, I also was able to stop them from taking on a very important account. A close family friend actually enquiried about their buisness and asking if he should do buisness with them. This particular friend was the head of a large organisation's credit management department. After explaining the poor practices and way they went about their business, my friend made sure to blacklist them from ever doing buisness with his company :)
