Dealing with corvias on-post housing has been horrible and the contractors they hire can’t stick to a schedule.

Do not waste your bah living here! They take your money, take forever to fix repairs to these raggedy units, and won't let you use their pool without a gang of restrictions. The staff are rude and unhelpful, which let's you know that this behavior is acceptable to their corporate offices. The biggest mistake of our lives had been to move back in here. We lived here about 3 yrs ago, and it much better, but now it's trash. DON'T MOVE HERE!!! YOU'LL REGRET IT!!

A basketball court, an indoor gym w with very high tech workout equipment, friendly staff, & a pool outside. What more could u ask for?

The lack of service and duck tape and painting over everything seems to be the key to this place. Length of time to get anything fixed can be weeks. Also if you write anything negative for example the truth , they delete any comments in hopes that you don't see the honest reviews. The ammenties are good .That's about it

We had the worst living experience of our life here. I would need 5 pages to explain everything that went wrong. The customer service of those in the community center is horrible, they constantly treat you like a nuisance not a customer. The neighborhood is crowded and smashed together, everyone is on top of each other and the only fencing allowed is a 3.5 foot high chain link fence that brushes the ground, but you're the nuisance villain if your dogs get out or bark at people and other dogs two feet away from their yard 24/7 considering it's such a busy and crowded neighborhood. The houses are so old and out of date that everything breaks and when it does and you put a work order in for it they charge you to have it fixed saying "the damage is caused by the tenant." The FIRST DAY we moved in here all we did was open the screen door and the handle broke off, we were charged 35. The ancient screens that practically crumble if you touch them rip on contact with anything, you're charged 35 per rip. The carpets that they steam clean to LOOK perfect when you move in are so old and used that stains start to appear out of nowhere that you never caused, but don't worry, they charge you 35 per stain when you move out too! They are a giant scam. On top of the money hungry manipulation they also close early all the time, so if you have a job and do not get home until after 4:30pm do not expect to ever get any assistance from them. They do not accommodate at all, they treat you like just another number on a piece of paper they are ready to take advantage of.

I wanted to back up Sarah Colon on her post as to what the housing on Fort Bragg has to offer is nothing compared to that of which you can get off base. The amount you pay in BAH is more than enough to get something nice and big for your family off base and the houses out there are not old and crusty. The amount of work that constantly goes into fixing these houses is utterly horrible. Day after day, maintenance is out to try and fix everyone’s issues, not because we as the residents break the stuff, no the houses are just old, the stuff inside is cheap and they keep building on top of stuff that’s already molded and falling apart. I’ve also noticed the yards are always terrible looking. The sidewalks and roads are in bad shape, some areas are safety hazards. The community centers offer little to no assistance. The equipment to work out is cheap and is always getting fixed. The pool is only open a fraction of the year and they couldn’t put an indoor one in instead.
