Today I found my new Eye Exam center. The staff was very kind and might I add, VERY helpful with all of my questions (and I had a lot of them lol). Establishment was very clean, they took me back immediately after filling out my new patient paperwork, and I spent maximum 30 mins in there. I will continue to use this optometrist. Cudos to the staff and showing professionalism. Also, the eye doctor rocked !
Love Risk Optometry. Dr. Rosado-Martin is very thorough and takes her time with you and addresses any questions or concerns you may have. Her prescriptions for both contacts and glasses are very accurate. She also takes time to explain everything so that you understand it. The office staff is also very friendly and upbeat. I will definitely return for another yearly exam!
Absolutely do not recommend going!!! Had 2 of my children seen one staff was pleasant and appointments went well. Two days later I was harassed about not wanting one of their services done by the front desk staff not once but twice and then she proceeded to talk about me with technician. She then laughed when I told her I wanted to cancel.
Everything was quick, the staff was friendly and the doctor is the sweetest man alive! If I need help with my eyes again, I will surely come here again.
