My experience at beyond the beauty bar was impeccable, I felt so welcomed and appreciated. I usually don’t write reviews for stores, but this one deserves it. It smells great, with a variety of things to choose from. I Highly recommend getting the essential oil “innocence.” When I first walked in that is what I smelt, and I had to get it. There was one lady working there on 11/22/20 and her customer service was astonishing. I will definitely be coming back!

Snake oil salesmen.Total scam. I looked up the dynamic product and it’s just another failed rebranded skincare that promises to do things it’ll never do. It sells for 35 online in Nordstrom, down from 800. Really? Read the ingredients, there's nothing in it bu silicones! Besides that the sales lady asked me to take off my mask during a pandemic and she talked into my face super close without a mask and said they had some exclusive doctor approved filtration system. Fake and lame. Then she told me my serums would be 100 total and rang me up for 200. She got aggressive when I questioned her about it. Don’t go there! It’s all a scam. I’ll be taking it up with my credit card company. Look at their website. There is no website map, no contact information, no customer service, no one to call. I can't even reach a manager for a dispute. The saleslady was very nice at first but then turned on a dime after I wouldn't purchase a 700 product which costs 40 on amazon. Read reviews and save your money and dignity.

This place is a SCAM!!! I agreed to purchase 250 worth of skincare products, so they offered me a “FREE” facial. They asked what card I would be putting the 250 on and I gave them my AMEX. They proceeded to charge my card twice once for 267.50 and again for 10,646.50 of which I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING!!! The lady who appeared sweet at first stated “I told you cost between 5-10K.” No ma’am you didn’t & now I want a FULL REFUND! I told her she could keep her products & that I don’t like the way they do business. She REFUSED to refund the 250 plus tax but reluctantly refunded the 10,646.50. STEER CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT IT HAS SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER IT!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! (The location this happened to me at was at Las Olas.)

Horrible service!! They really need to close there doors. They have a young men working there his attitude with customers is disgusting. I even mention to him i was going to write a review and he started laughing and asked me to do so. I feel sorry for the owner of this store. I see them closing soon with these type of employees.

Came here because I was at the mall and out of my Lush stuff and thought it might be good to try. I bought several bath bombs and the lady was nice and gave me a sample one. These bath bombs didn’t do it for me at all, most of them didn’t fizz and just sank to the bottom of the bath. I had to help them dissolve because they didn’t fizz. They felt nice enough though and weren’t very fragrant, so they were ok. One of them did tint my skin though so I didn’t like that. Overall fine products just too expensive and not as good as Lush so I won’t be repurchasing. Do not recommend.
