I'm confused on what I should really write as a review..he was nice to me when I went into his office but like Joe Kay's reviews said he UP N CLOSED his office.. never to sent us an email which I think he should have as his patience we should ave been notified!! I add a HARD TIME to get my medical records. I did not appreciate that part.
