ZERO STARS. I placed my order on January 21st, with 2 day shipping, and on February 2nd I received part of my order. I was required to take pictures of what I received including the box and labels to prove I did not receive the product. I asked for a refund and they then told me the rest has shipped. I spent a day calling and asking for tracking number and when I received it, I saw it was shipped standard ground. I called and they said that is because the first part of it was shipped 2 day, not sure how that is relevant. I asked for a refund of shipping and now I have to call someone else who hasn't returned my call from yesterday. I asked for a supervisor and was given the same number. I have never had such a horrible experience with a company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Over a month waiting for an order, that I spent over 200 for... they took my money right away but took their sweet time packing it.... And don't hold your breath trying to get a hold of someone... they dont answer... I had to call for a week an a half before I ever got a hold of someone, along with multiple emails...
I feel like this establishment is a scam. I am still waiting on this company to ship my product. I asked for a refund and they ignored me on my chat. Samantha I know you work for this company I would like a refund or something done about my product if you can't get me a replacement I should get my money back. Please and thank you.
30 days and counting waiting for an order. I was told 09/23 for delivery, then told 09/30 today. Unacceptable! They push back your delivery dates with no notice. When you ask or follow up all you get is \Sorry for your delayed item\. All in all it is going to be 6-8 weeks if I am lucky. DON'T MARK AS AVAILABLE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK!
Pat the same thing happened to me I ordered on the 21st of January and I still have not received my items I reported them to the business bureau and I'm filing a claim against them same exact thing.
