Last night I got my finger bashed in a late hockey game and decided to sleep on it and see how it was in the morning, and it sure wasn't any better! I'm more afraid of needles than anything on this earth, so even the prospect of stitches terrifies me and I wanted to make sure I went to a doctor with overall positive reviews. I decided to go here on my work break and they were fantastic! Extremely nice and thoughtful. When the doctor noticed my hands were shaking cause I was nervous she told me to lie down so I could be relaxed while she disinfected the wound. They got me an X-ray in record time to make sure there wasn't a fracture, and they fired off two different shots that didn't hurt at all in about 20 total seconds. From arrival to leaving it was about an hour and a half, but it was a very pleasant experience! Glad I didn't go somewhere different! Edit: I came back again to get stitches removed after ANOTHER dumb injury and it's still the best urgent care facility I've ever been to. Everyone remembered me and was super nice, and the stitch removal (same doctor as the previous visit) was quick, easy, and painless. Can't say enough good things about these folks.

Went for stitches to open wound. The staff were polite & Attentive. However, the Doctor was extraordinary. Compassionate, understanding & very, very efficient. All in all an eye opening experience to be so well cared for in an emergency.
