A positive working relationship between doctors and staff is essential to delivering outstanding care for patents. My son and I experienced this level of care from the moment we stepped into the office. Dr. Cross was a breath of fresh air who made my Son smile which is something he hasn't done in a long time. It's not everyday that you find business staff associates that are going above and beyond to fight COVID and trust me washing hands is a must in this office. Thank you team for the wonderful service you provided today. My Son is seeing clearer already. Don't change anything about your operation it is top notch.

Dr. Cross is the ultimate professional. Not only do I trust her with my eyes, but I trust her with my entire family's eyes. She is very caring and knowledgeable. Her examinations are thorough and educational. We appreciate the fact that she does not treat us like we're just another patient where she just checks the box and quickly gets you in and out. She does not rush through your examination. She takes her time, answers all your questions, covers every detail, let's you know what she's doing and why, and completely explains any and all changes. You won't go wrong with Dr. Cross.

I’ve never had a better eye exam experience than I did with Dr. Cross. She was very thorough, none of my previous eye doctors had been as thorough as she was when she did my exam and the results were a spectacularly clear prescription. She also doesn’t push you toward things you don’t need. My daughter wanted eye glasses so badly, I think because her best friend had glasses, and Dr. Cross determined that her vision was fine. Despite my daughter crying when we left without a prescription. :) I recommend Dr. Cross if you want a great prescription from a skilled and trustworthy Doctor. Also her office staff was kind, professional, and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommended!! Not only was I 'extremely' pleased with the care I received over there, but my concerns about pandemic related hygiene and cleanliness totally evaporated once I was inside. Not only was I the only person in that spotless office, but they also took my temperature and asked me to wash my hands a few times - and I appreciated all of that attention to detail. I truly felt safe in there. I'll definitely come back to the same office for may annual exam next year - not only because of all their precautions, but also due to the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff! I also appreciate Dr. Cross for finally helping to solve my discomfort for my bifocal contact lens prescription from the last doctor. I'm 52 years old and was having a lot of difficulty seeing up close and reading - and it had become an agonizing experience - but the new prescription from Dr. Cross has me looking forward to getting my contacts in first thing every morning! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a great optometrist and an office full of professionals that truly care! :-)
