Sadly, I have to concur with the other reviews about the poor attitude of the staff. If these Dr.'s are serious about their business then they should seriously consider making changes in this area. No matter the business - customer service is paramount. And to be questioned and patronized by the staff after waiting nearly 40 mins past my scheduled appointment time is beyond belief. Until the office staff issue is addressed, I cannot recommend this practice at all! Who wants to come somewhere and be treated poorly? Go somewhere where your dollars and patronage are appreciated.

Dr. Brandon Percival is an excellent doctor and a genuinely nice man! The fact that he's from Crockett, Texas doesn't hurt his case at all! Highly recommend him.

Dr. Persival and his staff have been great. He did surgery several months ago and results have been very good. I would definitely recommend them.

I drove over an hour to get here by my appointment time, all to be told i should’ve been there 30 minutes earlier. This information was provided THE DAY OF. The front staff is very rude and very nonchalantly asked me to reschedule. Needless to say i will find another podiatrist, as customer service is everything to me. I do not recommend.

I came 2imes to this office and the front desk was very rude I don't recommend this office to any patient. I made appointment 2 weeks ago and schedule me for 8:30 when I get there 30 minute ago and nobody told me at time of schedule after half an hour drive she told me I have to make another time after 2 weeks with pain on my foot.
