This place is always rocking and rolling, but they are all well trained, courteous and professional. They have always taken GREAT care of me. Especially since I'm in home building and get more than my share of nails in tires. Always fast! My one and only place for all of my tire needs

Have bough my tires exclusively from discount tire since 2002. Always good prices and service. On my most recent purchase, I got Goodyear Assurance instead of the Goodyear Assurance COMFORTRED I was replacing. I didn't like them and they wouldn't balance. I kept getting a vibration around 65-70. After a couple rebalances, they replace them with a set of the Comfortred. The tires are super mushy and I like it. My van is old and high mileage and probably has its own vibration. It wasn't the tire's fault. The Comfortred tires just mask any of my vehicles shortcomings and makes it ride like new. Discount tire has a case-by-case satisfaction guarantee and they really came through for me. Super happy with the whole team there. I recommend DT to anyone with a nail or flat because they will fix it for free. They gain customers from that great customer service. They are closed on Sunday and will close early on holidays like Easter so employees can be with family. (insert thumbs up emoji) Think Chick-fil-a type of great Christian company. I will not go anywhere else for tires.
I have been a customer of Discount Tire for 5 years now with our 2 vehicles. We have always had great experiences there and technicians are great. Just today had to go in to get a new tire that had a belt issue while we were returning from the beach yesterday. It was under warranty so no problems there. I had put my \doughnut\ tire on to get to the store. After I got my 2 new tires, decided to get one to match since it was on the front, I got home and figured I better put my spare back in it's compartment in my trunk. I opened the trunk and to my pleasant surprise they had already done that. It's so nice to have a business that goes the extra mile for it's customers. We will be customers for life. I highly recommend these guys!!!
Outstanding service! We had four tires replaced on our previous car and were extremely happy with the quality and price. Fast forward to the other day when my wife tries to leave for work and her tire is flat. Wonderful, I think, just what we need. I was able to fill up the tire and drive it to Discount Tire to see if it can be repaired. To my shock, they were able to patch it and at no charge. I was blown away by this! My service rep, Bryce, was extremely professional and understanding of our needs. It was greatly appreciated. I know this will be the only tire center that gets our business for now on. Other businesses could learn something from them.
