Terrible phone system. Take 3 minutes to listen to ALL THE OPTIONS, and after finding the one you want you still have to press more options. 5 minutes and there still wasn’t anyone on the line to talk to!?? No thank you!

1 Star for Billing - GOOD LUCK if you have any issues. There is only ONE person in billing, Rene who we can't ever get a return call from and unfortunately there are a couple girls at the Indian Land location that are not helpful whatsoever! Upon being cut off midstream in conversation, we were transferred to the "Billing Department" and the voice mail came on stating "We're sorry, but the voice mail system is full and cannot take any more messages. Goodbye!" and we were disconnected! November month of service and still haven't be able to get this resolved! (Wish they cared!)

Brought our son here to get checked out as we are from out of town and he’s been running a fever, has possible ear infection. Showed up after their new posted yours and not a single person inside the building. Called to see if anyone was there and not an answer either. Don’t post that your open and have nobody in the building. Terrible customer service.

For LHI service users, don't expect them to accommodate your available date/time when you schedule an appointment with them. They just keep ignoring your available date/time. This will be my fourth time requesting them to reschedule my appointment, and I will keep trying to request them to schedule my appointment on Mondays or Saturdays when I will be available without my job conflict.

651 for a COVID screen, really? Yes, very true! I am fully aware of EIB’s and they are not confusing. My copay alone was 100.
