Terrance and Blake were both excellent to work with today. Both were promptly taking my trade and matching what other dealers were quoting me for the appraisal. Then they were additionally very helpful with price matching the same 2020 Ford Raptor that I was looking at elsewhere. They were very fair and without hesitation, were willing to get me into the same vehicle, beating the other dealers price. I would definitely recommend them to anybody else looking to buy a new Ford. Most dealerships are very pushy and they were straightforward, giving us the best available price that they could possibly offer.
Everyone was very nice and helpful, I came in as a walk in as I was having issues with my car and they worked me in even though they had a line of cars in the service area. Had a tech (Daren) ride with me while he scanned the car to narrow the issue down. Really great experience.

They also hand delivered the paperwork and brought masks and gloves so everyone could be safe.
Mechanic failed to tighten lug nuts. Ruined my rim. Almost killed me and a small child. Impossible to get ahold of. Avoid as if your life depended on it!!
Good luck getting ahold of anyone. Dishonest. A mechanic who can't even manage to tighten lug nuts. I'd avoid this place like your life depends on it because it might!
The customer service needs a face lift in the service department. They have a shuttle but it’s never on time. Takes forever to check in and check out. Can’t get anyone on the phone. It’s terrible in the service center. It’s a cluster out front double parked mess. They need to take lessons from Honda.
