We moved to Fort Mill from Atlanta not too long ago, and we needed to get my wife contacts since she broke her nose, which requires surgery this December. I put in an online appointment request and received a call within 24 hours. I booked their earliest appointment was a little over two weeks away. Right before we hung up I mentioned off hand why we needed contacts. They called back in a few minutes and had made extra time for her on the following Monday to make sure she had contacts in time for surgery! I see why they have such a great number of positive reviews. Even in the scheduling, they care about their patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Neff for over 10 years. I have seen a lot of eye doctors since I was young and she is by far the best. I have never felt pressured to buy new contacts/glasses from her like I have in the past at other places. Her exams are very thorough and she takes her time to answer questions and explains everything well. She's wonderful and my kids love her too!
