They cleaned/reconditioned my 50 year old wedding dress which had lace panels covered with beading. Expertly done and beautifully hung for display, with personal interest and care. Also expertly cleaned vintage wool Norwegian sweaters. Great care and competitive pricing.

Dry Cleaning service is great. Not the cheapest, but do you really want the cheapest when it comes to your clothes? Professional service . The only reason I gave it four stars is due to two factors: 1. The app is not easy to use and I have never been able to sign in. You do get free delivery or pickup when a you sign up for the app and their mvp club. 2. The last time I picked up , the heat inside the office was almost unbearable. It was 91 degrees outside and it had to be as warm or warmer in the building . The attendant helping me had a air conditioner unit sitting beside her blowing on her directly. I will continue to use Lapels , the service and quality is great. I have been to other dry cleaner business where it feels like I am playing roulette and could lose my clothes at any moment. They also tout their use of a Green dry cleaning process that does not harm the environment. Overall this is a wonderful business and they pay attention to their reviews.

The dry cleaning is good but their alterations are of poor quality, with loose threads. Some stitching that is supposed to be hidden is visible and it looks like the fabric pulled. The last batch of shirts I picked up from cleaning did not have the usual plastic under the collar.

This place is the best in town, I've been using Lapels for as long as I have lived here. Todd and all of the staff are super nice and accommodating to make sure my needs are always met. They also handle all of my tailoring, and have gotten everything perfect on the first try every time. I highly recommend them.

Very courteous and friendly. I love using emails and text instead of paper receipts. Met the owner, ver pleasant and welcomed me.Mt first order was great. They also don't stick difficult to remove tags on everything.
