5 stars - As it has been since the beginning for me. I find Lotus Dental Associates (LDA) very compassionate to my dental needs. One of the reasons I chose LDA, when I moved here, was a sharing by a man who, like me, was concerned about the usual \pain\ associated with dental work including the routine cleaning. He said that LDA (Dr. Phan) used techniques to minimize such discomfort. I an happy to report he was absolutely right. Not only does Dr. Phan give me excellent dental advice, she is the only dentist that I have EVER had that could administer the Novocaine with \zero\ discomfort. I felt no pain at all from the shot. Another plus is my LDA hygienist, Simone, who similarly has performed both deep and regular cleaning painlessly. At first i thought LDA was slightly more expensive than my previous dentists; however, both Dr. Phan, Simone, and the LDA staff are well worth it. AND I hope to continue to let them take such care of my dental needs. I highly recommend LDA to anyone, especially those who \fear\ the pain of going to the dentist.

Dr.Phan Is absolutely amazing!!! I have never seen a doctor that's so caring about their patients than Dr. Phan. She and her staff are so humble and very respectful. The work that she does and the results that you get are amazing.

Love Dr. Phan, I have been going to her for years. I am so glad she opened up her own practice. Everybody there were super nice and friendly. I have always hated going to the dentist and when I heard that I needed a deep cleaning. I nearly avoided coming in but the hygienist, Simone had done such a great job. I felt so comfortable that I nearly fell asleep. I don't think I'll be feeling so anxious coming in for my next appointment as I did the first. I also love the fact that everyone is so passionate about their work and gets excited over what they do.

Dr Phan and her staff are excellent. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a warm welcome to the time you leave. Dr Phan truly cares for everyone of her patients. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a dentist.
