This is the first metro pcs store I been to where it's super clean and the customer service was outstanding. Sofia was awesome in helping me. She worked fast and was knowledgeable. I don't live in the area but it's worth the drive for the great service they provided me with!

Great customer service! I have been in other MetroPCS stores before but this is the best one. My internet speed on my phone is fastest than Verizon.

The young lady at the store tried vety hard to help me. However, she was not able tohelp. My phone is 3 months old and the microphone on the phone is "dusty" and not working. I am not able to make phone calls because the people on the other end of the phone cannot hear me. My phones qualifies for a replacement. However, I have to return it to the store from which I bought it. That store is in Lexington, KY. I live in Rock Hill, SC. That is totally unreasonable!
