We review all Applications for Payment the builder submits to the Home Owner to protect from over disbursing funds to the builder. For Financial Institutions, we make field construction loan inspections to review builder draw requests to match progress to actual percentage of completion to protect against over disbursement to the builder. During these inspections, we also review scheduling progress and structural components.
