Always a fun place to visit with my favorite pup! We love the dog washing station which makes it very easy to walk my dirty dog in and have everything you need to wash, without ruining your own bathroom. The doggie-wash card is a great value too (5 washes for 25 vs 10 a wash). The staff at the Grooming Salon is fantastic and very friendly. I love how they greet my pup by name and recognize us when we come in too. They are always loving and gentle with nail trimming. The staff overall at Pets Supplies Plus has been great to interact with. I love that they are finally in Fort Mill SC

This is my go to pet store as they welcome any and all breeds of dogs into their store, services, and advertising. We have 2 dogs (plus usually a 3rd because I foster) a cat and a fish tank. The staff at this location is above and beyond helpful every time I go in there. They are always sweet to whatever dog, or child, comes in with me. I am a first time fish tank-er and always have ALLLL the questions. I wish I remembered the girls' names who help me every time. They are amazing and so knowledgeable- way better and more trustworthy than Google! I have proudly kept these fish alive for MONTHS so far which is sadly a major accomplishment for me haha we will continue shopping here and highly recommend them to all pet owners.

I’m a dog trainer and had a few appointments there back to back because of the rain. Fort mill is limited on pet stores and had my clients meet here so my dogs can work on socialization and leash waking. The store is never busy but multiple people walked in without mask and the staff did not say anything to them. The staff followed us out and said that Thursday and Friday’s weren’t good days for me to be there. Each one of my clients bought multiple things and were very polite working on quiet isles. Won’t be going back to this location for my own dogs and won’t be recommending any of my clients to go to this location either.

I love doing business here. They always have great deals, and customer service is top notch. They are great with recommending healthy/fun items for my dogs. The prices are way better than the other chain pet stores.
